Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the conditions below.
Eligible & Non-Eligible Returns
Eligible Returns (Accepted):
- Defective, damaged, or malfunctioning items upon arrival
- Incorrect item shipped (wrong product)
- Items in original, unused condition with original packaging (for change of mind)
Non-Eligible Returns (Not Accepted):
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Missing original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Returns made after 30 days from delivery
- Personalized or custom orders
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at service@Velorvox.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and return instructions (including a return label if eligible).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization.

Return Responsibility & Cost
1. Product Issue (Defective / Wrong Item)
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Full refund of product price + original shipping fee.
- No restocking fee.
2. Customer Change of Mind
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund of product price only (original shipping is non-refundable).
- No restocking fee.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges follow the same conditions and process as returns. For quality issues, we cover the shipping cost. For change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.
Refund Timeline
- After we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 3-5 business days.
- Depending on your payment method and bank, the funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Important Notes
- We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
- All returns must be in sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.
