Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $35 or more. This offer is valid only for shipments to the contiguous United States.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will be processed the same day when possible.
Total delivery time equals order processing time plus carrier transit time, as detailed in the shipping methods below.

Sales Tax
All applicable sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
Important Information
● Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. All time references in this policy are based on Eastern Time (ET).
● We ship from our warehouse located in New Jersey, United States.
● Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
● A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
● During high-volume periods (such as holidays), delivery times may be longer than usual.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 10 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Upon carrier verification, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund of the item cost, at your option.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes can only be processed before your order is shipped. We recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order to request an address update; requests submitted after order processing begins cannot be guaranteed.
Address Errors & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate, including the correct street number, apartment/suite number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts by the carrier:
Reshipment Option
We will notify you by email. You may request reshipment to a corrected address:
● Reshipment via Standard Shipping: a flat fee of $7.99 applies
● Reshipment via Expedited Shipping: the current expedited shipping rate applies
Once the corrected address is confirmed and the fee is paid, we will reship the order.
Refund Option
Alternatively, you may request a full refund of the product price. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable in cases of customer-provided incorrect addresses. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned package and confirm eligibility.
Additional Notes
● We cannot redirect packages that are already in transit with the carrier.
● Packages that remain unclaimed after carrier delivery attempts will be returned to our facility. If we do not receive a response from you within 15 calendar days of our notification email, the returned package may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued. If you miss the response window, please contact our support team to review your case.
